Good location for the beach and also not a long walk to the pier. The place was clean and the beds are comfortable. Would stay here again! The owners were quick with answers to any questions we had!

The host was very helpful. Love the accommodations. It was close to the beach. Only thing would be the room with two beds didn’t allow easy access to the closest. We will book this location in the future.

The condition of the property is very good. It is updated, clean and the beds are comfortable. Of note, there are basic supplies such as soap, shampoo, paper towels, coffee, dish soap, and toilet paper. The property is across the street from the intercoastal and a block from the beach. There are many beach supplies available including beach towels, chairs and boogie boards.

Pompano near the beach

Clean modern unit minutes walk from beach. Has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Great location. Quiet street. Had a great stay. Host was quick to reply to any questions.

Best Pompano beach experience

I will say , this property was amazing! Had everything you need for your stay, specially if you want to cook your own food!!! My dogs loved it my husband and I had one of the best vacations ever. I am very careful where I stay at because if you are going on vacation you don’t want to spend your days off in a ugly place or just a basic one, you want to stay in a 5 * property, and this one was 5 stars for us! Thank you!

Pompano Stay

Overall the property was fairly clean, pool was very dirty and cold when we arrived. Property manager did have the pool cleaned but it never was heated to comfortable level so we weren’t able to use the pool. Insects(ants and nats) are always a problem.

Highly Recommend! It’s one of the Best!

The apartment was immaculate & well appointed. It had everything needed to spend a day at the beach chairs, umbrella, real beach towels! It was well stocked with dishes, glasses, containers & many thoughtful little extras, a throw on the sofa, a nightlight in the bathroom. A great, walkable location to the beach, restaurants & shops. A short drive to the supermarket & everything else in Pompano. The host initiated communication before, during & after our stay. I highly recommend this property.

April 2024 month stay

my check-in process was 1/2 hr. of phone conversations about the code given not working then kept trying and still not working with the operator, then given a tempory code which worked the whole month AND NOT the original code. the other area of concern was the pool and pool area not like the pictures and water not up to par for almost 10000$ for the month. the condo itself and its location 5 star. that is why the others got 3 and 4 stars. claude

Nice location

Great location. Easy to walk to beach and restaurants. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are small. Minor details like Additional wash cloths would be nice in dark color as they had white and did not want you to use them to remove makeup and people may not remember to bring own. Light bulb out in bathroom, and also the outside light and one outlet on island did not work. Air conditioning did not work when we got there but they came quickly the next day to fix. Grill was out of gas but they brought a tank right away though grill was not in greatest shape when we went to use it. We saw they replaced the grill with a new one before we left. So very quick to respond if you have a problem.

Great location and clean

This was a cute apartment. Very clean and great location - easy short walk to the beach and restaurants. It had a few quirks that could be improved (hence 4 stars). Namely, it could use a toilet roll holder, a soap dish shelf in the shower, a floor mat at the entryway for sandy feet, and maybe some floor lamps (3500K - not those 5000K blue bulbs). There are also a few light switches that do nothing, and some nonfunctional electrical outlets. No exhaust fan in the kitchen. It would also be great to have the phone number of the rental company. While they were pretty responsive by email, we had a little difficulty getting the door code to work, and would have been nice to just pick up the phone and talk with someone. These were all minor issues though. More of a sign that it is a pure rental, and no one actually lives there like most VRBO rentals.
