Horrendous customer service

Stayed Thursday through Monday of Valentine’s Day weekend. Room was serviced one time. I asked for it daily, from multiple workers. I did get an additional couple towels one day. Room 3206, which also I might add is a suite. Door did not close, had to be pulled shut. Bed was not very comfortable, rip on furniture. The bar downstairs, which isn’t owned by the hotel was nice and the people who worked there were great. Location was good, but the lackluster service is something I have a hard time with.

The resort was lovely, 3 pools (one right outside our room!!), bar, fabulous front office staff, BBQ (which we took advantage of), just a block away from the beach...heaven. Would definitely go back. The only con would be the bathroom in our room needed some TLC.

North Beach Properties need a bandAid!Buyer beware

Had to switch rooms from one that had a water heater below bedroom- then they put us by the entrance gate and guests would come in all night long and make noise by our window. No beach towels as promised each day until late afternoon-Music at pool bar was so loud each night we (and other guests there) had to call to lower music NO ONE could SLEEP> trash by other non main pool never picked up for days rotting and yard blowers were on outside our widow each day by 6:30am- I have been a regular there for years since the opening and clearly it has be hit hard! Dirty and falling apart- Our tub didn't work or drain...Grounds are not lush as they were..paint chipping and architectural is falling apart...luis at the front desk was Charming and Great however!

It's an excellent choice if you want a chill, good-looking spot full of amenities and a great location in North Beach Village. The very nice staff is friendly and full of good energy, making it an excellent vacation spot.
