You could see the tower next door balconies and looks dirty and trashy. What a disappointment with the pool very small no shade furniture in bad shape. Also, the V in my room was not working properly.

I was able to get access to my room after 8:30pm. Room bed aide lamps not working, no phone, remote controller battery low. Next door tenants were loud and constant in and out of the room with slamming of the door. Smell of marijuana was overwhelming on the hallway and into the room at night time.

There was a lack of explanation with certain things Like the elevator code/room code was confusing and ill explained I would recommend for the pool area to have some type of shade,both over the water and out of the water

A little disappointed

Checked in late after the Coldplay concert and didn’t know they lock the doors to get in. The only way to get in is the code they give you, but never received one, the receptionist at that time was on his phone and didn’t even answer the call for me to access the vicinity since he was distracted, waited for like 20 minutes outside. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and accessible.

Really enjoyed the hotel and its walking distance from downtown and a grocery store. The city was a bit dead when we went but the food was good and the drive was short to the beaches

I read the google reviews and i was very hestitant about booking but here is my experience. Check in: Dis everything via the app. Didnt have to speak to staff at all. I was provided the elevator code and room key room on the app and room was ready at the time of check in Access: accessing the elevator was a bit annoying. Having to put in the code or use the mobile key everytime. Room: Room was ok. Balcony was small. No wash cloths, thankfully we packed our own. Room was adequate in size. The water had a well smell. Very noisy outside. Water fall shower which I normally dislike but this waa wasnt terrible. The was wasnt terrible but it wasnt the best Parking: Have to valet $30 a night or off steet park hourly which is usual. Bed: Very comfortable Overall the stay was good
