Overall, I would stay here again.My 16-year-old daughter and I were in Miami for an event at the fairgrounds and wanted to escape the city for a couple of days at the beach. The location was exactly what we hoped for. They are not exaggerating about how quickly you can walk to the beach. It is incredibly convenient, and the neighborhood, boardwalk, and beach all felt very safe.The beach itself was beautiful and pristine. I have visited many beaches around the world, and the sand and water access here were immaculate and truly impressive.The unit is dated and does not have views from the windows, so do not book it expecting scenery. However, we were only there to sleep. It was clean and impressively free of bugs, which is notable for an older beach property in Florida. There was no odor, and opening the screened windows helped freshen the space. It was nice hearing birds in the morning.The king bed was comfortable with plenty of space for both of us. The bathroom is small and lacks counter space, which was the only huge inconvenience. The shower was nice, and the window helped with steam. The kitchenette is compact but functional for basics.We had a brief lockout when extending our stay, but the host resolved it quickly by phone.It is walking distance to Margaritaville, many beachfront restaurants, and even bike rentals along the boardwalk. If you want simple, clean, safe beach access and a quiet place to rest, this is a solid option.We had a great time!
