Host was welcoming and quick to fix the issue; however, we were there for 2 nights and for one day of our trip, using any of the restrooms or kitchen caused the place to flood. Check out on the site says 11 am. At 10 am, the cleaning lady was there telling us to get out and that we had been told to leave by 10 so I checked my email. Sure enough, at 9pm the night before, the host told us to leave by 10 instead of 11. I was not checking email because we were having a wedding, but if check out on the site says 11, it should be 11. I asked for reimbursement of part of our stay because of these two issues, but received nothing. The kitchen is nice. Two of the bedrooms are great. The third bedroom at the back gets very hot and has glass windows at the top of the wall so whoever sleeps there will have the whole room lit up if someone in the room next to them or in the living room has light on (TV, phone, etc). The living room was nice also, but the couches need replacing. There's no support left in them. Overall, the place was ok and would have been decent if it weren't for the flooding and check out issue.
