It was clean and within walking distance of the Beach. The only thing is the Palms is the name of the Building not the actual hotel which is called Hollywood which we thaught we where t the wrong place. It was another resident which walked us to the office which the GPS address seems to drop us off at another named location on another parrelle street. Other then that It still gets a 5 star, they just need bigger and clear signs as to where to find the office and the different buildings with other names.

The room was horrible, from the shower valves not working properly, the room paint coming off the wall, and mold. Staff isn't friendly, the room was not ready pretty much losing a day we paid for. Breakfast you have to walk blocks and people doing drugs in the parking area of the hotel. Was a horrible experience, would not recommend.

Front desk people rude , and intentionally difficult. Attitude like they are doing me a favor . I am spending my money in their establishment and some basic courtesy and decent people is not too much to ask. All 3 should be fired.
