Check in took hours (there were a lot of angry people in the lobby), the beds were uncomfortable and at least one of them smelled like cigarette smoke. The lock on one of our bathroom doors was broken. The pool looked nice but we didn't get to use it since we were only staying for one night. The room itself was generally clean and the sleeping arrangements were what we needed and why we booked it.

Our stay was generally okay, and the property was clean upon arrival. However, we booked specifically because Expedia advertised daily housekeeping, which we never received—not even weekly service during our nine-day stay. We also experienced delays in basic supply replenishment. With four guests, we were given minimal towels and toilet paper, and it took over a day to receive replacements despite calling and texting multiple times. Because we did not receive housekeeping, we expected adequate cleaning supplies, but only a small broom and minimal dish soap were provided, which was insufficient, especially during the Christmas period when nearby stores were closed, and we were visiting from out of the country and were not familiar with the surroundings. While the surrounding area and pool were nice, the furniture was very outdated, and both the bed and sofa bed were uncomfortable, making a long stay difficult. One housekeeper was friendly and helpful, but overall hospitality was inconsistent. Unfortunately, this type of accommodation is not the right fit for us.

The place was nice but they did not wash the sheets and the bed cover was full of hairs, dirt and the carpet was very dirty, and they solved the problem after 3 hours, finally they changed me to the other room and the same problem, I do not recommend it to anyone, and at 4 in the morning someone enters the room with the key, something unacceptable, I will never return to this disgusting place.

Terrible service! We had to wait in an hour line just to check into our room and when we got to the desk we were told our room was sold out and we had to wait another hour to get them to give us two separate rooms and our kids/ teens had to stay in a separate area. Waiting over two hours to check in and not even have the room we pre paid for was a hassle. Check out was at 10 am which the two hours it took to Check in wasted our time. I would NEVER book here again!!
