The rooms were comfortable and the staff were nice. I was very disappointed with the breakfast and in particular the incredible amount of waste in terms of paper and plastic. I would have appreciated a real plate, glass and cutlery. The location is a challenge, there is nothing in walking distance except a gas station.

Getting tired of it

Tire d of third-party apps like Hotels.com and service providers like Microtel advertising one thing on their website and then taking no accountability when it’s not available. In assistance listing on Hotels.com indicated Hot Tub, which I booked for. Upon arrival they tell me it’s out order. I had six text sent to me during the week leading up to my visit. We’re not one mention was made of this. Hotels.com did for a little offered me a $50 gift card for the trouble. They don’t understand and they don’t care that is not the point. Too often, hotels, cars, retail, advertise one thing and want to take your money. There’s no turning back and they give you whatever they have, as a customer I am just getting tired of it. Hotel is also loud with neighbours above making noise until I had to call at midnight and people loud up and down the hallway till late to the night

Hotel was nice. Hot tub was out of service. Gym was ok no tv remote and water jug was empty so had to go back up to my room to get a refill. No one pen or paper in room, seems weird as it’s a business suite. Would stay again for sure.

The hotel is really nice, the area around it is not, right beside a Burger King and a Shell, and lots of semis park in front of the hotel and run their engines all night. The back of the hotel is definitely quieter, but unfortunately the in-room heating/cooling system is not great - you can't actually turn it off, so it either goes on and off all night or runs continuously with a loud fan. I have never stayed in a hotel with a wall heater/AC that you can't turn off.
