We had a great stay over spring break. The House was really clean, organized, and comfortable. The pool and spa were fun for all of us, as well as the outdoor tv which we used for watching March Madness. Communication with the host was easy. We rented bikes, which I would recommend for getting around FMB and avoiding all the traffic. We went to the beach daily, so having bikes made getting back and forth even quicker.

The house is a short walk to the beach. The great room/kitchen is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pool is spacious with sun or shade at all times of the day. It was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Erin’s communication made check-in and check-out easy (she sent a message that the cleaners were done early and invited us to check-in early). We love Fort Myers beach and loved this home.

Always a great stay

Once again, we had a great time at this property. It is always clean and in great shape. The owners are great at responding and help in any way that they can to make your stay enjoyable. Plenty of supplies to keep you going and many pool and beach items if you want to use them. The jacuzzi jets however did not work any afternoon or evening during our stay which was a little bit of a downer, they would come on for 30 sec and then shut off and not come on again. Everything else was great! We love coming here every year and look forward to coming back next year.Thanks again

Cute home close to the beach! Good for families!

We stayed 3 nights here for part of vacay, kids had a blast! There wasn’t much to do in town, they’re still rebuilding from major hurricane damage. We knew this going into it & spent a lot more time in the house than usual. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool, which is why we booked this home over an OF condo. We were disappointed to find out after booking that pool hours were restricted, as this was not included in the listing. We would have chose something different knowing that bc our 3 teens want to participate in swimming beyond 10. There is a ton of beach/pool toys to use! The location to the beach and town square is a very short distance. The house was very clean, smelled nice and was very spacious. We loved the vibe, especially the living room & record player!! Great record collection!! There were plenty of beach towels, TP, sun care products etc. - anything you could need. The W/D worked well, detergent included. Kitchen sink doesn’t get hot. The pool was dirty with green algae & in rough shape, my son got cut on it a couple times & it wore out our swimsuits from being so abrasive. Jets don’t work in the spa, maybe for 30 secs. Had to switch around door handles in master bedroom. MB didn’t lock & it was way past time to contact the host per instructions, so we just fixed it ourselves. There isn’t a bunkbed in the bedroom per the listing, you can’t see the tv from one beds & this was not ideal for kids either, it caused arguments. Overall a good stay though.

What a great house! We all loved the indoor space, the games and the cleanliness of the house. We loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach. The pool and spa were a great way to enjoy the warm weather. Erin provided great instructions and communication throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we used the kitchen a lot. We would absolutely stay here again!

Another great stay!

This is my family‘s second time staying in this beautiful home! We love everything about it-the location is awesome, the backyard pool and deck are amazing, and the house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay!The beds are comfy and the house comes with a bunch of towels and chairs/cooler for the beach!We rented bikes this time, and it made getting into the busy part of town a lot easier. The traffic is kind of awful during spring break, but when you can just bike past all of the sitting cars it’s not so bad!Thanks again Erin!

Perfection!

We certainly timed our trip right this year, we got to Florida right when the wind chills hits -30 in Wisconsin. The home was clean and inviting! It was perfect for our family with 3 teens.The pool and hot tub were just what we needed to enjoy the sunshine.There was always a shady spot to sit if we needed a break from the sunshine.I loved my morning coffee on the covered porch. So quiet and peaceful.One night there was a sudden rainstorm that hit for about 20m, sitting on the covered porch and smelling the rain come in was awesome! We are ready for Spring in WisconsinBeds were comfy! Lots of towels for the pool/beach. We didn't use the wagon but loved that it was there if we needed it. Along with the coolers and beach chairs.Quick walk to the beach was perfect. And this area of the beach was not busy at all, unlike the other end by all the hotels.We used the grill a few times as sometimes the traffic at night is not worth going out to eat. But luckily Publix was just a mile down the road so we were all set.Quiet and clean street, safe neighborhood.Erin was a great host, answered so many questions, gave recommendations for things to do and always responded quickly!If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here.

Disappointing - Not what we expected from the photos or past reviews.

We stayed for 2 weeks in Feb 2025 Pros: - great location with close proximity to the beach. Kitchen was beautiful aesthetically. Beds were Very comfortable. The outside BBQ grill was clean and worked well. The host was extremely accommodating and polite, allowing us to check in early and check out late, which we appreciated. Lots of games provided to play for fun. Washing machine & dryer worked well.Cons: - Upon arrival, the house had a musty odor, and the floors were both crumb-covered and sticky. White socks turned black from walking on the floors. The master bathroom lights and toilet paper holder were covered in dust. The kitchen was not very well equipped. Cheap coffee maker and toaster. Not enough towels provided - had to do laundry every other day. Pool was dirty and had an unpleasant odor (we had a 2 week stay and pool guy came once). Only 2 mismatched poolside lounge chairs available on the pool deck. The Garbage cans were filthy and too dirty to touch
 I realize they are outside and used for garbage but they were really bad. Very dirty exterior door to the back deck. Had we seen a review like this for this property, we would not have booked here. I am not trying to be unpleasant but rather to be honest and give possible guests an accurate picture of what our experience was.

Wir waren zu Viert mit einem Kleinkind fĂŒr 10 Tage in diesem Wunderbaren Haus. Vorweg es gibt ein Reisebett fĂŒr Kleinkinder zusĂ€tzlich zu den Kinderbetten. Der Kontakt mit Erin war super und sehr freundlich sie kĂŒmmern sich super um ihre GĂ€ste Check In und Check Out waren top organisiert. Das Gesamte haus und der Pool ist Liebevoll eingerichtet man merkt das Ihnen das Haus am Herzen Liegt. Das Haus war ausgestattet mit Dusch/PoolhandtĂŒchern, Duschgel, mehr als reichlich KĂŒchenutensilien einige GewĂŒrze und selbst in den Badezimmern gab es Seife und Shampoo in ProbepĂ€ckchen. Wir haben es genossen das die Sonne uns geweckt hat der Garten und Poolbereich am morgen ist einfach herrlich. Gerne kommen wir nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder.

Home Away From Home

I stayed with my family at this awesome home. The place has everything you could possibly need from cooking supplies to a grill to beach towels to bug spray to beach chairs to fishing poles for us to use. Extremely thoughtful host. Loved being on the water and being able to use our fishing poles every morning and the pool/hot tub every night. We even saw a dolphin everyday. And the house is very close to the beach, we would walk there every day. Highly recommend staying here.
