Nice home base hotel for day trips.

We stayed at two properties. This one was just for one night after a long 36 hours in key west. The other one across the street we used as home base for a week of day trips. Very cozy, cute grounds well-maintained and Affordable…Friendly, and free parking. The bikes and kayaks were a nice touch. I wish there was more fruit than bananas and wrapped pasties for breakfast. Too much traffic. Sanibel was not worth day trip. Dead fish and dead stop traffic Key west was amazing. Lovers key nice but traffic is crazy.

Cute place!

Cute little place to stay. Nice outdoor area to relax by the canal and good continental breakfast. Restaurant next door had great food and excellent service. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! Place had everything we needed for a couple of days vacation. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Free Kayaks were an awesome way to see the canals and restaurant next door was great. Super close to the beach and downtown fort myers.

Waterfront, street front

The location is terrible; very close to the street so you hear the cars day and night. They play this annoying music all the time...I guess they have a speaker somewhere. I guess they think it's Disney (?). Along with the noise, comes the fact they don't have blackout curtains, so having a good night's rest is out of the question. The mattess was so soft you felt you were inside a cloud, and not in a good way. One thing I did like was the check-in process. Easy breezy. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this place.

Had ants, housekeeping walked in on me, the entry pad worked sometimes, shower only partially worked. Looks cute and good location but I would not stay again or recommend for anyone else.
