Good overall, but loud noises and vibrating walls

Stay was good overall. Great smell upon entering the lobby, which made it inviting. Free Hot breakfast was a nice convenience. We were staying for the weekend due to a dance competition. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and it comfortable for the most part. Loud banging noise around 3:30 am on our last night. Our room was 212, which was next to a storage room and then the elevator. I finally called front desk at 4am to complain. It sounded like how a washing machine sounds when it’s in the spin cycle with an uneven load. Front desk, as well as several housekeeping personnel said there were no machines next to our room. I’m assuming that it either came from the elevator, the ice machines directly under our room or from whatever was behind a door next to the ice machines. Maybe the laundry room was there. It was so bad, that our wall behind the bed was vibrating! I asked for late checkout to sleep a little more, due to the bad night and it was extended from 11am to noon. Wish it would’ve been till 2 like other places.

Property was welcoming. Staff was nice. Alil too much noise going on in the hallways with other guest leaving their rooms shutting their doors and you can hear noise from other side the walls. But, over all experience including the breakfast was good!
