The property was nice. Only disappointment I had was the mattresses were not smooth. They were lumpy. Consideration it's been rated at 9 I was not happy with the mattresses.

The hotel is quite good, but you should not be careless, it was my second time and we arrived at around 10:30 pm, we visited the area a lot, the sofa bed was previously used with dirty sheets, fortunately the new service to change it was in the room without knocking, but the worst, at 8:45 am the service person knocked down the door with the do not disturb sign posted to make the call, unacceptable that must be respected and check-out is at 11:00 am, breakfast was ok and the girl at the reception was very friendly.

Second time staying at this property. Breakfast wasn't great second time around. Cold, no milk for cereal at 8:30am. We had boogers on the wall and shower wall in the bathroom. Kids running from pool and leaving water all over floor to the elevator making it a slipping hazard.
