Room condition was very clean except for the bathroom area and the floors . Some towels had stains on them. Lukewarm water in the shower. Plumbing fixtures in the shower were rusty. The first towels that were used in the bathroom were medium size towels but when I asked for a new towels they were regular size.. floor was a little gritty. Exhaust fam in the bathroom did not work and there were several fruit were coming from the exhaust fan. On a good note, the bed was very comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Bed comforter was very nice. Air conditioning worked well. Pool area was very clean and the pool water was very comfortable to swim in.

Room was nice. Staff was great. But they have bands every night. Gets kinda loud. Especially fri and sat. Play 7 to 10. But i would stay there again. I will be checking on deals for next week year.

Towels were thin and small. We discovered mid-way through our stay, when we requested clean towels, that we had not actually received bath towels at all, only several hand towels. Hair dryer needed to be replaced ... handle got hot, steam coming out, and burning smell. Room smelled musty. Bed was good. TV was tiny! Pool area -- chairs all claimed with towels by 9am. Pulled a chair into the sun, only to have a group of smokers sit next to me. We stayed 3 nights and it was ok, but wouldn't stay here again.

rolling up it looked a little sketchy I'll be honest, but the rooms and staff were excellent. The tiki bar gets rowdy and has daily live music. Would recommend other people coming to Cape Coral
