This property exceeded our expectations! Listed as a partial ocean view, but you could still see so much of the beach and water. We could watch the sunrise in the morning from the balcony and the sunset just a few steps away on the beach. They have a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys. We just wanted a short weekend getaway from the cold Chicago weather and this was the perfect spot. I will definitely be booking my next stay here when I’m back in Fort Myers Beach.

Great place right on Fort Meyers Beach. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job talking care of our room. Will definitely come back next time we come to Fort Meyers Beach.

Edison Beach House is truly one of our favorite places to stay. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with gorgeous views and easy access to everything Fort Myers Beach has to offer. The rooms are always **spotlessly clean**, comfortable, and well-maintained, which makes it feel like a home away from home. The **staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive**, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We also love the **amenities**, especially the beachfront pool, outdoor seating areas, and the relaxed, laid-back atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Every stay is consistently wonderful, and we always leave already looking forward to our next visit. I will forever book at the Edison beach house! Front desk the ladies are super lovely, full of information, they offer beach chairs, towels and beach toys for all ages at no charge, I even saw some floats for the ocean or pool. Their pool isn’t very big but sufficient to cool off and sun bathe!!! It’s my first time here and will be my forever Fort Myers place to stay!!!! Everything is in a 3 min. Walking distance❣️❣️❣️
