This is our second stay there. Will be choosing another hotel next trip. The noise of the highway especially by the pool is too much and breakfast was the same everyday ! It wasn’t very good. Staff was friendly and helpful , room was clean

Hampton Inn Ft Myers Downtown

The hotel and front desk employees was excellent! The hotel and rooms were clean, centrally located for our needs, nice restaurants near by. The only issue was the breakfast buffet. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns and the hotel always provided an excellent morning buffet. This particular hotel was lacking. No eggs, banana's or yogurt. Too many carbs and not enough protein.

Here you find good service and location

Business trip but the location allows us to walk around the river, eat, and relax. The hotal was clean, the breakfast OK, and good stuff. Enough for what you pay.

Room and breakfast as clean and well outfitted. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Shower was plumbed backward, hot was cold, cold hot. Water pressure kept cutting in and out. Body wash would not sud or clean. Lotion was empty. However- front office staff woman was very rude and unfriendly. Every thing was a huge imposition for her. We needed to combine 2 separate reservations so we could make it easier on everyone and stay in the same room. She wanted to see my drivers license and then actually flung it back at me and sad no she needed to see “Jo’s license “. I said my name is Jo and she asked to look at my license again. She was incredulous and asked my husband for his id. I explained again that both reservations were in my name (Jo). She huffed and demanded that I verify the last name on my license. I just wrote it off to her being clueless about the name Jo. I later found out that my group had tried to get her to call my room. She refused because she said the had no one with my name staying. I’m a Hilton honors member for 20 years. Worst front desk experience ever. She needs some extra training.

Terrible experience at this particular hotel. No milk or coffee for breakfast on first day, room not cleaned as expected and told on the appropriate day, water only tepid in the room. After complaining, we got another room where the water temperature was again only warm and there was no shampoo in the shower. After finally being in touch with the manager of this outlet, we were credited for $250. Appreciated the effort, but it was a disappointment. Front desk staff, however, was first rate.

Perfect if they changed the beds

Property is well located and easy access to main roads. Hotel was clean and looked fairly new. Only issue was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we got hardly any sleep
