The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean but run down. Our room was well-worn and the lighting was terrible. There was no way to adjust the lighting to suit the task. Everything was dated and looked like it needed to be updated. I believe the bedding and towels were clean, so no complaints there.

Nice for the price!

Nice hotel for the price. Not the newest or most updated, but offered a clean and economical place to stay for a night. Property and room looked clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly. Would stay again if I needed to stay in the area.

I booked this hotel as a last minute stop before getting to the airport. One night stay but to have dinner had to venture out into Lehigh Acres a ways. Traffic around the area is a bit heavy. The gentleman at the desk, Robert was a huge help and I thank him for that. The room was small but clean and well kept but the mattress was a bit soft for my liking. I would stay here again if the need arose and I would recommend Quality Inn to any business traveler.

Good place to stay

It took a few tries for my room key to work, but the young man at the front desk was professional, courteous and walked me up to my room the 3rd time to ensure that the keys worked. The room was comfortable and well appointed. With a fridge and microwave, I think the only thing missing in the kitchenette would've been some paper towels. Everything was great, otherwise.
