Room was good. Staff was ok. I work nights and they were just truly loud while I was tryin to sleep. But they weren’t bad and did keep rooms clean. All machines were out of order. Such as washer and dryers. Vending machines.

Room was in good condition. But the towels were horrible. Only 2 towels in room. After driving 12 hrs all you want is a shower and bed. I have shoulder length hair so I need 2 towels, one for the hair then one to dry off. I sent my hubby down for an extra towel. OMG then gave him such a hard time, wasn't going to give him the towel. Staff automatically treated him as a "towel felon" I believe a roll of good paper towels would have cost more than the towels. Finally gave him a towel stating they were going to "note" that an extra towel was in the room. I have no problem if you make a note of anything extra that we ask for but that can be done behind the desk w/o ever hassling my exhausted husband.
