Perfect view of the beach! The condo was well kept and very clean. The resort had plenty of parking and two great pools. We walked down to the pier several times for lunch and dinner. Overall experience was great. I also would like to give a shout out to the host, communication with them was amazing. Any questions we had they answered immediately! I would highly recommend renting this place to anyone wanting a place right on the beach.

We recently got back from the condo and the stay was fantastic! Very spacious with plenty of room for our 2 kids and a fantastic, unobstructed view of the ocean. Our children locked us out of the bathroom one morning with no way to get in and we had to call the team and they answered at 7 30am on the first ring which is an incredible level of service. The beach in front of the condo is fantastic with plenty of great dining options walking distance and even more just a short drive to Destin.The only negatives to our stay are by no fault of the owners. There was a dog staying in the room above us (although there are clear no dog signs) that had a decent amount of barking. I assume this was a one off but worth mentioning. Additionally, if you want to get a front row chair on the beach each day you should be prepared to go to the chair hut 30 minutes or so early to wait in line. We learned this after day one and it’s easy enough to just sit and have a coffee on the beach while you wait but worth noting if front row is important.Overall I would certainly recommend this unit as a great place to stay for a week. Incredibly easy access to the beach is a clear selling point as well.

Beachfront Condo

The beachfront condo location was ideal for quick access to the beach. The property manager was very responsive. We found the condo to be furnished adequately. The showers in both bathrooms are in need of refurbishment and the outside patio table and chairs need to be replaced. (Standard height chairs with a bar height table. We couldn’t sit down at the table!). The property manager was notified of a pest issue in the condo. While the property manager quickly notified someone to spray, it did not resolve the issue. Also, we have not received the 100 refund promised due to this issue.

12/10 - perfect location, family friendly and very clean

Second floor end room was perfect. Zero need for hot elevators
 parking was available on the same floor as room. Super clean home with a beautiful view. Well stocked with everything needed. Multiple fans available which was a huge win! Owner was super quick to respond to any questions. Huge pool with plenty of deck space. The boardwalk, Okaloosa pier, wild willys, the gulfarium and more all within a mile! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Spring Break 2024!!!

PROS - Very Clean Unit - Very spacious for the 4 of us adults. Would have been comfortable adding 2 more adults no problem. - Kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies - The balcony was perfect to sit and relax - Sunsets are great from the balcony as well - Location is absolutely PERFECT - Parking and check-in was super easy - Main pool area is beautiful and very spacious - Communication via text with property manager was perfect - Restaurants, the pier and shops are within walking distance. CONS - Nothing to do with this unit... it was perfect - Weather was a little chilly for the week we stayed - The main pool is not heated, but not a big deal because there is a hot tub. Advise for people traveling to this area... - We have went to the pan handle 5-6 times over the last 10 years. The price for 4 people going out to eat has dramatically went up by double in the last 2 years. Take more $ than you planned on needing. - When arriving to this property for the first time, try to park on the first floor of the parking garage and take the ramp down to the ground level. The elevators will be near the exit of the ramp. - Have fun and create great memories!!! We will be looking to stay again at this unit in the future!

Our favorite place to stay!!

This was our third time in this condo, and we will be back a fourth time if that tells you anything! We come down bi-annually for the volleyball tournament with our three children, and everyone has the best time! We love that we can park, and not have to worry about driving anywhere once we arrive. There are restaurants everywhere within walking distance, the beautiful pool and beach access, and just all the fun in the sun you could ask for! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Family Vacation

We had a party of 6, age ranges from 8 months to 70 years, we had an overall nice stay! Highlights of our stay- beachfront view, large balcony with plenty of good quality furniture, bunk bed room for our littles, short walk to the beach, the pools were all great, an overall good property Things we wish were different- the showers in the condo were not great, the table to eat at was very wobbly making it hard to eat meals off of, and only being provided two trash bags; we flew in to this trip and didn’t want to spend money on a box of trash bags when we ideally only needed one or two more. We had a great trip and we would gladly stay here again if a few of the small issues were resolved!

Condo was super clean, beds were very comfy. View from balcony was great, enjoyed the complimentary beach service. We had no problems whatsoever. Elevator and stairs to beach were super convenient. Highly recommend this condo for a family vacation.

This is a great unit! Except for the sliding door in the living room not locking, I’d say our week was perfect. Great location, great views. The beach chairs were a nice bonus. Have stayed in this complex numerous times but this unit is probably my favorite. Nicely stocked kitchen. Beds were good.

First family vacation

The property was very nice with a great view. Had some problem checking in as the code we were given didn't work. The property manager responded to our call about a problem with one of the beds by calling our home number so we didn't get that message until we got home. Would probably rent the unit again for the view.

Our FAVORITE!!!

We have stayed at Destin West more than half a dozen times, and this unit is now our favorite!!! We travel with our three kids, and there is just so much space in this unit! In addition to the space, I love all the accent pieces that add to the feel and convenience of the condo! There are awesome towel,coat, bag hooks down the hallway and in the bathrooms! We already have it reserved again for the Fall!
