The staff was not friendly. The room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. There was piss in the toilet seat. I don't like renting a room for my hotel paying well over $100 and then I have to clean for I can use the restroom. Definitely not up to the standards that I normally find it babe

Pool room smelled of Sewage, BAD. 2nd floor ice machine room floor is broken, scary looking! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is outdated. Should have a space outdoors for your smoking customers that is weather proof/wind blocking. This was our second stay here, nothing has changed since last stay 8 years ago!

Parking lot was a disaster it was an accident wearing to happen ice everywhere it needed plowed & salt…the hotel it self was outdated but looked clean…we get into our room & instantly met with a urnial smell it made us all feel nauseous….bathroom was clean bedding was clean but that smell of urine was not tolerable I bent down to grab something & was smacked in the face with the smell so I’m assuming it’s in the carpet they need new carpet @ least shampoo the carpets bit as bad as the smell was probably new carpet it was a awful smell we almost went to another hotel but had already paid & we were tired the next morning we all wished we had left none of slept good we all felt sick due to the smell but like I said bedding & bathroom was clean whatever it is is in the carpets & needs replaced. Won’t ever stay here again & will tell everyone I know ( I have alot of family in the area not to stay here until they remodel. We didn’t even stay for breakfast we left as soon as we could because we were just ready to get out of there. Walks were very thin you could hear almost eveything going on the next rooms & in the hallways

If I could give negative stars I would have. The room was so dirty and smelled. Only reason I didn’t complain or leave was the winter storm and it was near midnight when I checked in.

There was an alarm that went off for two hours in an unoccupied room. The person in the room next to us was playing very loud music. Couldn’t sleep so we left at 4 am to go home to rest
