Once I got the combination to open my room door, I went to my room and it didnât have a keypad to enter my code. It had a lock that needed a key. When I called about that they said sorry we donât have any other rooms or the key. My plane was delayed, this was going on 3am. There I stood in the lobby trying to figure out where to go. I would like a full refund plusâs the expense to take Uber to another hotel and the difference of the cost of the hotel.
