We were given a room that the cleaning hadn't been completed. No coffee maker. No water cups. Complimentary coffee was awful. They did not clean the snow out of the parking lot and we were stuck for a while.

We rented a king size and when we got to the room it was two doubles. So we had to correct that. It had snowed the day before and nothing was cleared off. The breakfast was minimal. Cold pot of coffee. Waffle iron didn’t heat up enough and waffles never got done. There was one bagel and items weren’t replenished (and we were there by 7:30am). Room was decent/comfortable; but the fridge didn’t work. Staff was pleasant, but very difficult to understand. Room was reasonable, but would not stay again.

Room was good. They closed down breakfast at 8:30 even though yhey told us it was open till 9am. The pool was closed and no got tub. BUT The most important part is i used hotels.com to book room , whe i checked in i was told i had to oay a $25 deposit wich would be refunded when i check out. It has been 3 weeks and it has not been refunded. So i called to ask about it and got the runaround trying to get ahold of the correct people to take care of it. They say that they just now did refund after i raised hell. So be cautious i thi k they are trying to run a scam.
