The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all lights, TVs and appliances are turned off. Sign out of all smart device accounts and TVs. Set the thermostat to 72 degrees.
Please close the patio screen and lock patio door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking inside the condo, if smoking on the patio, close the patio door to keep the fumes outside of the home. A $250 smoking fine will apply.
No pets are allowed. Emotional support animals are allowed with $500 non-refundable cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit for damages.
Storage Bins: DO NOT move, open or relocate the three storage bins in the closets. You have access to everything in the unit expect locked bins.

The host was great and the condo was clean. However neighbors are very invasive "Demanding" our information upon arrival stopping my husband from entering the unit and his vehicle expressing his disappointment with the homeowners association my children witness vandalism stealing and damaging of AC units while visiting the pool
