1st room they stuck in a heavily smoked in room, we were moved and then someone was on the 4th floor above us was throw things on the floor and stamping like wild animals. Nothing was done after 6 calls to the front desk. Needless to say i didn't sleep all night and i had just had surgery on my hip.
