Awful Service and Parking

Staff was extremely rude. Front desk staff, Briseda and Josie, were very unhelpful. I plan to call and speak to the hotel manager today. Parking and construction were awful and hotel makes no mention when you book. Plan to spend an extra 40.00 per night. I would NEVER stay here again.

The beds were very uncomfortable and spelled old in the room. Poor view from the window!!!!!!!! Bathrooms were not updated. Also, the bedspread was super thin and smelled bad! Do not recommend this hotel to anyone😌

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Any questions, we had about the room and facility were answered upon check-in. We had several questions regarding the local transportation system, stops, best way to get to our destinations & restaurant suggestions. All the staff provided additional info with the exception of one who was vague in his answers. Overall, we were very pleased.
