I will always send check- instructions the day of your arrival. Early in the morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If the house is not left in the state it was found a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged. Please read the binder upon arrival.
If smoke is smelled inside the property a damage fee of $150 will be charged.
