Great location and amenities. Host was very responsive, welcoming and informative. Only drawback was the building code/keypad's failure to work at times (as was confirmed by another occupant of the building). The elevator floor buttons did not light up when pressed, with the exception of the 2nd floor button, which was constantly lit. These issues certainly were no fault of the host.

My boyfriend and I stayed 5 days for a getaway. Great location! Lots of walkable places to eat and shop, but also only a 10-15 minute uber to the stockyards. Check in and out were very easy! Would definitely recommend!

Our trip to Fort Worth was amazing, our stay at this updated modern penthouse was incredible. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment made it easy to walk. The only downside was parking cost. If you’re staying without a car I would highly recommend booking this location. We would most definitely be back next time we are in town.

Building was very old, so it was terribly musty. My wife had an immediate reaction and we had to leave the property, could not stay the night. Location is great if you have zero allergies and don’t mind an old building it would work.

Weekend Stay

The property was nice,very clean and centrally located. Very close to local sites. The owner was very informative throughout our entire stay. Just need to prepare yourself for how to park. The street meters are the best option as they are free weekdays from 6pm-8am, and all days Sat Sun. We downloaded the Ft. Worth parking app to find and pay for street meters. I would recommend staying here and would come back.

Overnight stay

Property was great for our needs. Close to convention center and since we were in town for a gymnastics meet being able to walk was awesome. The place was very clean and nicely organized. The only less than perfect part was the heater ran frequently and was very loud. Parking was a bit more than expected for an overnight stay but not crazy expensive.

First time staying in a vrbo, and I must say... other than a bit of trouble with the building door code, everything was smooth and easy. This location was PERFECT for downtown Ft Worth and my teenagers (16 and 19) also enjoyed walking around and exploring. The unit looked EXACTLY like the photos and everything was clean and well-stocked. The property manager was quick to reply to the few messages I sent and was extremely helpful. The washer/dryer in unit was helpful, the bathroom more spacious than expected. The convention center was a short walk, only 4 blocks away. Highly recommend for anyone staying in downtown.

Great time during NYE

We stayed for two nights over NYE. Its location is great and just a short walk to Sundance Square. The floors and bathroom could use a deep cleaning. We also had a tough time getting in the building if we came in late. Other than that everything was perfect!

Great getaway to Fort Worth! Place was very nice and comfortable. Walkable to many places. Had a rodeo parade unexpectedly pass in front our building for a great surprise.

Great location

Central location to everything. Great property and surprisingly quiet for being downtown. A lot of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Travel often for work and will likely book this property again on my next trip. Only downside was parking but I parked in the open lot next to buffalo bros on the backside of main street and spent less than 40 to park for a Sun thru Wed trip

Christmas in the city

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The property is the most perfect location in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. we were able to walk to everything including Sundance Square. Communication with the host was superb even on a holiday. I don’t leave reviews but this stay was so exceptional it needed to be said!

Awesome Apartment and Amazing Location

We were in town for our niece's graduation. We wanted to stay in downtown Fort Worth where we would be close to all the amazing places to eat and for entertainment. The apartment was perfect! We were in the middle of everything. The apartment looks just as it did in the photos. The only suggestion I might make would be to install small motion censored lights on the stairs up to the bedroom. It would certainly help if you get up in the middle of the night and don't want to disturb others. We had a fabulous time staying in the Sidecar Suite!!

Absolutely loved our stay in the downtown loft

We have 2 college students attending TCU. The loft was perfect to allow for room downstairs to entertain. Very clean with high ceilings. Great decor!!! Perfect downtown location loved the coffee shop next store and being right next to the AC Marriott was perfect!! We will definitely be back!!!
