Estrutura e limpeza ruim. Ao sair, cobraram 50 reais porque a tolha (diga-se, toalha pequena, parecendo infantil) tinha ficado manchas claras do protetor de pele.

Estadia tranquila. O hotel é muito bem localizado, pertinho mesmo da Praia de Iracema, 3 minutos andando. A suite é pequena mas aconchegante. A Limpeza não deixou a desejar, gostei bastante.

O ar condicionado, o chuveiro elétrico e o frigobar funcionam muito bem, mas o quarto é extremamente pequeno, o banheiro menor ainda (ficou até difícil trocar de roupa). O restante do hotel parece um labirinto, muitos corredor e escadas para chegar até o cafe da manhã oi a piscina. O atendimento dos funcionários é bom.

Vivência no hotel

Gostei muito do hotel, atendimento com a Juliette, luan foram ótimos, a recepção na cozinha com a Gabi também foram agradável, o super acolhimento da Samara, camareira tb foi excepcional. Porém, de estrutura deixou um pouco a desejar, começando que o quarto não pegava internet, a tv não locava na função smart, o quarto não tinha espelho e o ar-condicionado não gelava totalmente.

Quarto pequeno tinha um buraco no banheiro o qual era pra ser um balancim que fica direto pra dentro do quarto causando mal cheiro e uma janela que ao abrir para entrada de ar, tive uma surpresa pois a mesma dava direto ao refeitório. Quanto ao funcionário, café e localização excelente.

Fraco!

Escolhemos o hotel pela localização, procuramos Meireles, mas ele fica na praia de Iracema, para os passeios é caminho, a cama é o ponto positivo, cama espaçosa é muito boa, de restante não é bom, chuveiro vai água pra todo lado, quando chegamos o banheiro já tinha pelos na parede e no chão, sabonete é contado, toalhas amareladas, café da manhã fraco, ficamos em um quarto de frente pra avenida, muito barulhento, na primeira noite foi terrível pra dormir, quarto minúsculo para duas pessoas, frigobar com a porta quebrada. Pelo valor deixou a desejar.

Quem estiver à passeio, não recomendo o hotel. O quarto que peguei estava com problema no chuveiro, comuniquei a um Sr que estava na recepção junto com um rapaz bem jovem, ambos não se mostraram muito interessados em me ajudar. No momento que cheguei, umas 13:00, fui atendido por um funcionário muito solícito que me recebeu muito bem, todavia, os funcionários que estavam na recepção no turno da noite apresentaram um comportamento pouco profissional.

Observações sobre a experiência no hotel.

Hotel tem 4 vagas rotativas na rua, carros mal estacionados, então sempre só ficavam 3 vagas e nunca estavam desocupadas. Ou seja não tem estacionamento. Não tem elevador, mas tem um funcionário que leva as malas. Quarto espaçoso para família de 4 pessoas, ar condicionado muito bom. Chuveiro com bom controle de temperatura, mas muito, muito fraco, mal saía água. Colcha com cheiro de mofo, mas lençol e toalha estavam bem limpos. Não volto.
