We were 6 family members and the bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the spacious living and dining areas, worked really well for us. I didn't remember seeing a crib in the listing (maybe it was there), but that worked perfectly for our 3 year old, and allowed my brother to use the bunk bed instead of having to share a bed with our mom, so that was great.
The house is gorgeous, sparkling clean and well-equipped. Communication with Alan was easy. The few issues that came up while we were there were solved quickly.
The living and dining areas ARE hot when it is hot outside. The windows allow for cross-breeze when there is one, and there is a decent fan, but the days when we were there (in the first half of December), it was so hot and humid that we just wanted to take refuge in the air conditioned bedrooms. Our daughter used the baby bath as a mini pool on the back terrace, and that was nice, too. But it would be really really good if the house could have air conditioning in the kitchen, dining area and living room as well as the bedrooms, so guests could make better use of those areas instead of just spending the bare minimum of time there until retreating to the bedrooms.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend.
