The location was perfect for visiting the Christmas market and other sites in Frankfurt, lots of nice walking areas near the hotel, the room was large and comfortable, breakfast was very good, expensive but in line with meals in the area.

Check in member of staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Room was v small for a double. We had 2 rooms 211 was very small 108 was much better. Breakfast is good, but not enough tables and less was refilled on Sunday compared to Saturday. Some later replacements were still frozen.

This was a decent hotel to stay at for one night. This is a business trip stay. Everything was pleasant and the staff were helpful. Didn't eat breakfast. But the room was comfortable and quiet. Good location for public transport and a walk around the more interesting areas of Frankfurt.

there were two blankets on our bed, each of which was less than half the width of the bed. I was unable to stay warm because it was impossible to have the blanket cover me even though I’m not a large person.

No opinion on the staff or facility.. we made a mistake and booked a day early. Despite a month’s notice, the hotel did not see fit to back off its policy.. they got a nights fee for no services rendered. They, and Booking.co must be proud of their service model.

Pleasant open combination reception/breakfast area. Nice large room. Modern bathroom-very clean. Billed as a four star hotel the dirty looking carpets in the hallways and room should be changed! Also, no tissue supplied in room or English tv channel. Initial reception at hotel was not the friendliest although there was a nice young man at the desk later. Location was good-close to churches and squares.

Very nice property in an amazing location. We had an amazing view of Frankfurt and comfortable spacious rooms. Receptionist allowed us to check in 2 hours early and were very kind. Will be returning back!!!

This was our favorite stay in Germany! The view of the river was gorgeous! The beds were comfy and the AC worked really well. The staff was so kind and helpful. We had a blast exploring the city and walked everywhere. Would 100% recommend this hotel.
