A Stone Cottage Retreat - SO SPECIAL!

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in den Hügeln von Franklin, NC und der Nantahala National Forest gelegen, ist unser Landhaus aus Stein leicht zugänglich und bietet einen ruhigen Rückzugsort, wo man draußen sitzen und genießen Sie sehen und hören eine Vielzahl von Vögeln einschließlich Kolibris und rote Kardinäle. Wir sind auch bequem in der Nähe von den wichtigsten Geschäften, Restaurants, dem Smoky Mountain Performing Arts Center, Whistle Stop Antique Mall, die Factory (Familienspaß, ein Kino, und ist nur 3 Meilen von der Innenstadt von Franklin, wo man spazieren Sie Main Street und besuchen Sie die wunderbare Geschäfte. Unser Ferienhaus ist ein Unikat mit künstlerischen Steinarbeiten im gesamten Gebäude, Nutzung von aufbereitetem barnwood, Stein Dusche, Badewanne mit Löwenfüßen und einer modernen Küche. Sie lieben diese süßen Häuschen!

Wir haben ein Schlafzimmer auf jeder Etage, jeweils mit einem Doppelbett. Es gibt auch ein Loft mit Schreibtisch. Eine Luftmatratze für den Loft-Bereich zur Verfügung gestellt. Platz für insgesamt 5-6. Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein one-of-Art-Waschtisch und Vintage Badewanne mit Löwenfüßen und das Bad im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein one-of-a-kind-Stein Dusche, Waschtisch und Spiegel. Alle Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt, darunter ein Haartrockner und Vergrößerungsspiegel.

Es gibt im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit Sat-TV LED-TVs. Es gibt kostenlose Wi-Fi und ein Festnetztelefon.

Die wunderbare Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Geräte - Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler. Ein Toaster, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, alle Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Sie werden dieses wunderbare kleine Stadt zu genießen. Bitte kommen Sie und besuchen bald.
Dieses Cottage ist während deines Aufenthalts der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen kurzen Fußmarsch hierhin: Nantahala National Forest. Unter anderem verfügbar: eine Wäscherei. Dieses Cottage bietet WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) und eine Küche.

We had such fun, grocery stores are just a couple miles up the road. A list of places to go and eat, shop, sight see were emailed to me before the trip. Very professional, and once we arrived, I was contacted by the owners, just to make sure we were happy, if we had any questions, to text them. I would recommend this cottage to everyone. We’ve had a wonderful time relaxing. It was great seeing friends and family. First time staying in the Franklin area. The stone cottage retreat was really unique a great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful area. Originally booked for four days and liked it so much that we asked if we could extend for three more days and the hosts were gracious enough to do so. To my brothers and sisters on motorcycles the access to this property may be a little bit of a challenge.

North Carolina get-a-way

The cottage was in the perfect tucked away spot with wonderful access to hiking and waterfalls in the Nantahala Forest. It was super clean and organized. We had everything we needed. The only suggestion we had was to replace the mattress upstairs. Sharalea and Jorge had great instructions for check in and it was so easy. They were also very available for any of our questions and concerns.

The perfect cabin getaway

Love this place! I recommend getting there when it's light because the road it's on is a bit hard to do in the dark, the driveway is steep But they do have a parking spot at the top and you can walk down the drive way if you aren't comfortable backing down it all the way.its a very quiet little street and surrounded by trees.The inside is beautiful with wood furniture and fun decor. You can tell it's a really well taken care of place and loved. The 2 rooms are big, decent beds with TVs in both rooms,massive closets And both have window units for a/c. The bathrooms are big. Tub is awesome and the shower is done with stone and very easy to adjust the shower head height. The kitchen honestly surprised me with how much they had in it as far as appliances, cups, plates ext. Living rooms couch was super comfy too. The hosts are very communicative and respond fast! My kids LOVED this place. I mean didn't wanna leave. For this price, the location, and the cottage itself. 10000% will stay here again.

Great family stay

We had an excellent stay at stone cottage retreat. We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties over the past 14 or so years, and this is by far the most well stocked one we’ve stayed in. When they say they have everything you need, they literally do! I brought things with us because I was accustomed to having to do so for the other properties we’ve stayed at before, who would have the basics, but usually be missing some things I needed. I didn’t need anything here, including the cooking spray I brought. I did bring my own crockpot and no clue if they have one; I used mine bc I know how it cooks. Communication with the owners was excellent and I knew exactly how to get in touch if we had an issue, which we didn’t. The cabin is very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. It’s easy to get to and convenient to travel to other areas! We definitely plan to book stone cottage retreat again.

Quaint Cabin

Cute, rustic place tucked away in the mountains. We really enjoyed the fireplace during the cooler nights. Not far from stores and restaurants it was a quick drive for anything we needed. Hosts were receptive and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

No one could sleep in the room downstairs due to a dehumidifier going on and off with no door to block the noise. The TV upstairs didn't work. I wish there had been a heater upstairs because I didn't feel good about leaving the gas fireplace on all night.

We were drawn to the unique features of this place. The hosts were responsive and the kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking our own meals. If someone is very sensitive to smells, I’d advise you not to stay as their is an overall musty smell despite the dehumidifier running. But if you love staying places that have special features that make your stay memorable, pick this place!

Charming Cottage

We spent Thanksgiving week at this charming cottage and really enjoyed the experience. Great place to unwind while maintaining connections to the internet and broadcast TV. Tranquility and close to what ever you want. So thankful for this cottage. Great for the fall colors and Franklin is an interesting place to discover. Your host is the best, anything you might need they are there quickly
