About this space
What you’ve been looking for! Comfy home with loads of room for two couples or a family. All this on a paved easy access road with an outstanding view and ample parking and turn around space.

The main level has the living/kitchen/dining as well as the “master bedroom” (queen bed with hall bath). The porch on this level is extensive, wrapping around the home with lounging space to watch the ever-changing weather patterns. On this porch you will find the BBQ Grill (propane) as well as a fire-pit table to gather round on those chilly nights.

On the lower level down a flight of stairs, you’ll enter a great room area set up for children and adults alike, with games and card table as well as a sitting area for those that would prefer to “watch” the action. Tucked around the corner is the second bedroom (Queen bed) and a full bath.

Located off the Wayah Road (on the way to Lake Nantahala).


All our homes require to take your garbage to the trash center off the Old Murphy Road. We simply can’t help this; you will attract critters if you leave the garbage at the home.

We provide 1 small stack of firewood for the woodburning fireplace. If more wood is needed, you can purchase more at a local service station, grocer or Lowes.

This is why we gave a 5-star rating:-Easy to unload and load the vehicle to the cabin-Nice fireplace-deer to watch in the yard-Spacious and very comfortable-good location-every light switch labeled-Master on main level-big wrap around deck-big kitchen with all the equipment to use-comfortable bed and slept well- We have found the right cabin and will be back

House was older but Very clean and well kept! Great views and lots of nature with dear, birds , squirrels etc roaming the property. Very mild temps for July. Short drive to a variety of site seeing trips. We loved our stay over the 4th of July.
