The property is lovely, cute little cottage. It’s perfect for a single woman or a couple. It was very clean, everything advertised was available. It’s a little bit outside of Franklin, very quiet and easy to find. Franklin is just a few minutes away, cute town with restaurants and a super nice cafe. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back.

This property is a little ways away from a lot of amenities but was perfect for us. Was really close to our family that we were visiting. The place is just as advertised. Quiet, clean and has everything you need for a couple. We will certainly use this place again instead of a hotel in Suffolk.

This owner thought of everything and more! I could write a book about the furnishings and decor alone. Great use of the space includes a private bedroom and spacious living room, kitchen with bar and seating, adorable bath! Everything worked well and it was immaculate inside and out! Great Place to Stay

We were visiting friends and this was the perfect property for me and my husband. It was hip and comfortable. The owner lives on the property and was very friendly, also providing complete privacy. The guest house is private, has everything you need, quiet at night, two televisions, coffee. Loved it and would stay again.
