The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. The carpet was old and stained and all of the furniture was broken and the drawers didn’t stay shut in the bureau. The toilet handle was falling out of the toilet. Very outdated room 112. Thank you

The hotel property itself and lobby looked well kept. The staff at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. There was easy onsite parking. But here’s why I took off two stars: - I couldn’t do a mobile checkin and key until 4:15 which was 15 mins after the checkin time so I had to do a regular checkin. -When I checked out there was a guest/man in his pajamas and no shoes at the desk asking questions (the no shoes is what bothered me) -The pull out mattress is not for anyone over 80lbs. The “mattress” was like sleeping on a thin army cot and the springs creaked and felt like they were going to give way. Also no extra sheets for the mattress pad/pull out in the room. -The refrigerator was so loud it sounded like a Locomotive all night. -The door to the bedroom was cracked and the door handle didn’t really work.
