Convenient and delightful overnight stop

As in 2016, my wife and I slept very well after a long day travelling (the hotel being again very accommodating of our late arrival). Breakfast offered a very wide choice, buffet-style, regularly replenished. The relaxed approach to checkout was a very helpful start to our short journey to the Brittany coast, at La Foret Fouesnant, to join our family, after spending the morning looking around Quimper.

Hotel Dupliex - Quimper; Good value for money.

A good week's stay. The Dupleix is in need of a little refurbishment, but has secure parking, a brilliant position, and friendly staff. There is no restaurant in the hotel (apart from for Breakfast), although there are plenty of restaurants close by.

Happy in Quimper

Have stayed at this hotel for many years. Situated in the heart of Quimper and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Pleasant reception staff. Rooms nicely decorated, ample storage. Parking garage – a real bonus - accessed from the back of the hotel.

Hotel Dupleix, Quimper

The reason we stayed at the Hotel Dupleix was its central location, just over the river from the Cathedral. The room was adequate although the bathroom and general decor dated - no spare pillows in the room. Good and varied buffet breakfast. From our experience of hotels in France the room was a little expensive.

L hotel est tres bien placé. Par contre nous n etions pas prevenu qu il n y avait pas de menage ,nous aurions mis nos serviettes à secher ,pas derangeant quand on est prevenuLe petit dejeuner 12 e sans beurre ,jys de fruit bif,pas de fruit ni de yaourt . Accueil très agreable

La chambre mériterait un grand nettoyage car la moquette est tachée à plusieurs endroits. Je pense même qu’il faudrait faire des travaux pour les sanitaires, une douche serait plus pratique. Les portes xx et salle de bain sont également en mauvais état.

L’Hotel vient d’être repris après une fermeture. La réfection de l’ensemble : électricité, plomberie, peintures, sols doit être complète et ne peut se faire qu’en étalant les travaux. En attendant même si le prix est attractif la prestation lorsque l’on n’est pas au courant est lamentable.

Pas cher mais ne pas s'attendre a des merveilles
