Welcome to our cabin at 980 Mulligan!
This three-level home in Fraser offers a genuine log cabin experience, providing a sense of seclusion and excellent amenities for families. Situated near downtown Fraser, guests can easily access restaurants, breweries and summer hiking and biking trails. The free town shuttle stop is conveniently located about a mile away on the street.
The primary living space features high vaulted ceilings with visible wooden beams that enhance the spacious layout. Ample seating is available on sofas surrounding the wood stove, and the dining area, located next to the living space, can accommodate up to 6 people. The large, fully-equipped kitchen has modern appliances and plenty of cabinets and countertop space, making meal preparation effortless. The single bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and has a full bathroom located in the main hallway.
The main living room offers access to a delightful outdoor area, featuring a spacious wrap-around deck where you can admire the forest view, a BBQ grill, a large patio, and a private outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a day of adventures.
The primary bedroom on the upper floor features a King bed and TV. Additionally, the loft area provides a comfortable sofa and a workstation desk overlooking the main living room, perfect for those who need to work without being distracted by the stunning view. A full bathroom is also available on this level.
Guests can indulge in a comfortable getaway on the lower level of the cabin, complete with streaming services for TV and gaming, ideal for unwinding and keeping the kids entertained. Please be aware that cable TV is not provided, so guests will need to log in to access content. The spacious open den features a foosball table, a 65” flat screen TV, a sectional sofa,as well as a variety of board games and puzzles. The bedroom is equipped with 2 sets of bunkbeds. The full bathrooms have been recently renovated and there is a full-size washer and dryer available for use.

Unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, private deck, BBQ grill, private outdoor hot tub, wood burning stove, ceiling fan in loft area, foosball table, washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. The cabin has a ground floor entrance and 3 interior levels.
Parking: Garage is not accessible. Outdoor parking is available for a maximum of 3 cars, while a trailer can be parked in the long drive. Please note there is no parking allowed on the street.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed at the unit and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
