We skied several days at Mary Jane/Winter Park and we enjoyed our evenings in this comfortable condo. The unit has terrific views of Byers Peak. We took some amazing sunset photos from the picture windows and back patio. We really liked that the kitchen had a gas cooktop and was well-equipped since we like to do our own cooking on ski trips. We would return to this condo again.
Great location. Loved the views from the patio and windows. Comfortable beds. We had a ton of snow while we were there. The walkway and stairs down to the condo were cleaned off daily. We did find it warm in the condo, even with below freezing temps oustide. We slept with windows cracked in both bedrooms. Also took advantage of the Ski Closet in the driveway to store our skis every night.
Accommodations were lovely and very comfortable. We enjoyed our time in the mountains. Very relaxing and quiet, except for an occasional train! :)
I would definitely stay here again!
Loved staying here. The host was so communicable, prompt in responses, and really helped us when we had to adjust our plan when we were there. Thanks so much!
This condo was perfect for us. We traveled with 3 adults and 3 kids and this place had plenty of space. We didnât cook (besides pizza we made one night) but the home had lots of cooking utensils and pans. We had one small issue with the gas fireplace not working but after contacting Charlotte, she sent a very nice man over to assist us. We also arrived a few hours earlier than planned and Charlotte was very kind to let us check in a couple hours early. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Fraser / Winter Park area.
Nice but just a couple issues. Fireplace didn't work and has a workman in our place 3 days in a row. One of the bath towels had brown skid marks and shower head needs replacing.
It was advertised as a ground floor unit. Technically that was correct BUT to get to the "ground floor" you had to take 3 flights of stairs and 16 steps. I communicated with the owner on 2 occasions and this was never disclosed. It made moving my equipment into the unit very discomforting. It certainly is not handicapped accessible...not that I needed that...but it could be a surprise to a guest.
It was very clean and suited us well. Super comfy beds, down comforter and great pillows. The place was well stocked with basic food supplies. We didnât need to use any of the fans or humidifiers, but it was nice to know they were there. The only thing that was a negative was the lighting. The light bulbs were the bad LEDâs that are too intense with the exception of a bulb or two. I know many people wouldnât even notice but for me, that was the only negative.
The unit was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and plenty of kitchenware. It is a nice private setting looking out on the trees, with no neighbors in view. Centrally located in Fraser and close to Winter Park.
We had a great stay and enjoyed the property. Only downside was that there is no AC on the property. We ran the fans that were supplied and it stayed cool
