The property is conveniently located just five miles from the base of Winter Park Ski Resort, two miles from downtown Winter Park, and is on the free town shuttle route.

This lovely mountain vacation home features 3,100 square feet of modern living space, perfect for large families and groups. With three floors, four primary suites, five bathrooms, a moss-rock wood-burning fireplace, gas grill, laundry facilities, two well-equipped kitchens, two private decks, and a spacious backyard for outdoor activities.
The main level offers an open floor plan with large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a generous living room that creates a bright and cozy atmosphere. Relax on the large leather sectional by the fireplace, enjoy movies, games, or your favorite TV shows with WIFI access. The dining area separates the living and kitchen spaces, providing ample seating at the large table and additional spots at the breakfast bar. The gourmet kitchen features tiled flooring, new countertops, custom wood cabinets, and new appliances.
Sleeping arrangements include two primary suites with king-size beds, two additional primary suites with queen beds, and a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds. The bunk room includes flannel sheets for winter stays and cozy bedding for the rest of the year.
The lower level features a second living room with a kitchenette, perfect for snacks and drinks, as well as a full-size pool table and TV for entertainment. This level also includes a queen primary suite with a full bathroom and laundry facilities.

Fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. The home has a ground floor entrance and 3 interior levels. Guests must provide their own firewood.
Clubhouse amenities at Club Meadow Ridge include The clubhouse passes will only allow for 8 people to use the clubhouse at one time. The clubhouse features an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, fitness facilities, sauna, locker room, coin-operated laundry, racquetball courts, and tennis courts during the summer.
Parking: Outdoor parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway. Please note there is no parking allowed on the street.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed at the unit and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or if they bring a pet on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
