Immaculate apartment conveniently located close to Frederick Health Hospital in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just a fifteen minute walk to the heart of Frederick for memorable dining, interesting shops, and cozy cafés.

Wonderful place, great location, you can easily walk to Market street. Very quiet part of town. Kitchen well stocked, it was nice having a real coffee maker. Communication with host was excellent. Will definately stay again.

Laura is a fantastic host and the apartment is beautiful. It’s convenient to all sites and amenities in downtown Frederick, but tucked away so you can enjoy a feeling of home. There are great coffee shops nearby and it’s easy to hop on the highway to see local wineries.

One night stay in Frederick on our way back north. The place was just far enough off the main restaurant and bar areas but close enough to walk everywhere. Bedrooms were both well appointed as was the rest of the house. We loved the location and had hoped to use the hot tub but got back too late to make it work. Next time. Thanks for everything Laura.

We had a wonderful time in Frederick, Maryland. The house is lovely & clean. It’s very close to nice restaurants & shopping. It’s also conveniently located close to Gettysburg, PA. We didn’t bring our doggie, but it is pet/friendly, & has everything you could need like home.

The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Walkable to town. Great communication with owner. Strict about check in and check out times. I was very surprised about the additional mandatory insurance charge of 89. I feel that should have been disclosed earlier in the booking process and that VRBO is falsely advertising when they say the price includes all fees.

So many great things to say about this property!On a beautiful tree lined street wedged between the hospital (no noise) and Hood College, this classic 1915 duplex was ideal for our visit to Frederick last weekend. Only a few blocks off Market St. you are within walking distance of everything you may need. Cute stores, great bars, and plenty of great eating spots. The house is in impeccable condition.It's an upstairs apartment with an outside backyard entrance. If you have mobility issues this may not be the right choice. The apartment itself is two floors so there is an interior staircase as well. One of the greatest things about houses of this time and quality is how soundproof they are. Charmingly decorated and well stocked you feel like your staying at a friend's house while they are out of town. AC was great. Bathrooms are great. Kitchen was great. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. Meticulously clean. I will definately stay here again on my next trip. Only one word of warning. Pay attention to the owners instructions regarding parking. We had no issues but it's easy to see problems if you're not paying attention.

Awesome apartment for Girl's Weekend

Lovely 2-bedroom, 2 bath apartment close to downtown Frederick. Wonderful, responsive hosts. Apartment was exactly as described. Beds were comfy and bathrooms/kitchen looked newly renovated. Backyard patio was perfect - hot tub, fire pit and table/chairs. The record player was a fun touch! Parking was free and easy to find. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful upscale home in the heart of Frederick!

Gorgeous, trendy home with super comfy beds, beautiful tiled walk in showers and hot tub in your own fenced in yard. Located in the heart of Frederick, close to all the restaurants and things to do! Host was super responsive and accommodating to our needs. Home was very quiet and peaceful even though it’s right in the city. Neighbors were friendly. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Clean and on a cute street

Overall great stay. Place was clean and offered a lot of helpful amenities. I was grateful that Laura allowed our two pet rabbits to stay with us, and the bunnies did well (meaning they felt safe too). One note is that the mattresses were much firmer than we're used to and like. Otherwise we had a blast and really appreciated how Laura checked in with us and made sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything.

Convenient charming downtown apartment

We had a great stay in this beautiful downtown Frederick apartment. The location was wonderful and so convenient to shops, coffee shops, Baker Park, Hood college and more. Laura was very helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. The apartment is very well appointed and looks just like the pictures. The home is older and there is a bit of wonkiness but that only added to the charm in our opinion. Note there is a flight of stairs to enter the home. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Frederick
