DO NOT STAY HERE

TRASH! The moment we checked into our room 404….. roaches scattered. Immediately walked back out and went to the front desk and the desk boy did not care. I asked what do we do if the next room has this issue. He said cancel the reservation. It’s 12AM. Where am I going to sleep sir ?! No empathy or basic customer service. We went into the second room 137. Roach infested …. Bugs flying … AC did not work … bed had spots and crumbs…. Double bed but we had to sleep together because the bed was a mess!! Towels and rags dirty just disgusting all around. We called corporate and they gave a case number saying they reached out to the manager but upon check out the manager stated she did not see anything from them.She also stated there was nothing she could to to accommodate our piss poor stay. No apologies no care about her staff or property being trash ! Just another cold shoulder and a “there is nothing I can do”. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!

Property was dirty and rooms smelled like pet urine. There was also stains all over that looked like dogs may have used the bathroom on the floor. Staff was rude and they made us change our own sheets on the bed after staying for over a week.

Hotel was very dirty and staff was rude. Cable on TVs didn’t work and tv controllers had dead batteries. I stayed for a week and my sheets never got changed and when I asked they just gave me the sheets to do it myself.. I will never stay there again

People smoking in the indoor pool; towels removed and not replaced; one trash receptacle only in the room; there were no plastic knives for breakfast during our stay-we were told “they are on back order.” Red stain on the room carpet; The rooms are showing their age. Trash was left in front of the hotel in the parking lot ground for 2 days.

The toilet did not flush, but I was able to fix it. Sink was clogged. Drains slowly. There were no electrical outlets on, under or near the work desk. No electrical outlet for coffee maker. Nearest outlet behind the dresser. Top of dresser and TV base dusty. Light fixture in bathroom rusty. Mouse ran behind dresser and avoided previously set mouse trap.
