Not worth the money

The condition of the hotel was run down. The hall smelled and the carpeting was stained. The pool had green growing on the sides of it. The hot tubs was closed and had green water in it. The area around the fridge was water damaged and possibly moldy.

It was terrible I got into the room heat didn't work toilet running furniture not in the correct position and all the fixtures were flashing. I wasn't even sure if they actually cleaned the room. Who would leave two dressers in the middle of the walkway in between two beds. I went I got a refund and went to another hotel.

Dirty

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nothing thrilling but acceptable. However, the furniture in the room was all stained and overly used. All of the hallways smelled terrible like cigarettes. We tried to go swimming but both the pool and hot tub were filled with red mold from poor cleaning. There were buckets all over the hallways where the sprinkler system or something was leaking from the ceiling For a room that cost me $164 for the night, I was horrified at the lack of cleanliness.

It was annoying that the television didn’t work. The front desk clerk offered to move our room but there wasn’t one available like the one I had paid for, we were already unpacked and had been traveling for 14 hours so weren’t up for moving.

Excellent customer service. Spacious room. Bathroom was not good. There was no hot water bring your own shampoo, conditioner soap. If you’re looking for a place to lay your head and don’t care about the bathroom amenities or not having hot water then this is the hotel for you to stay.
