The staff and surrounding area are great. The room was in need of an overhaul. The bathroom was pretty awful. To make it comfortable, two chairs would be excellent. The breakfasts are plenty and pretty good.

Pool was good, the room was not good. No usb port to charge phones, only 2 towels, blood on bathroom walls, hair and dirt on floor, worn and stained carpet, no elevator to 2nd floor. Have to lug luggage up stairs. No covered parking. Got hail damage to car during storm.

This was a beautiful hotel, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Though the guest rooms could use some updates, they were clean and comfortable. The pools and the grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and are hoping to get back to Fredericksburg again. We will definitely stay here.

Poor experience

The rooms are okay. They used to be better in the past but you can tell it’s going downhill. There was a lot of water damage along baseboards and the doors. The door to get into the room was very loose and didn’t feel safe as the door strike was so loose that someone could push it open if they wanted to.

We loved this hotel! It's clean, comfortable, good breakfast, the whole atmosphere is great. The property is beautiful! The location is perfect, within walking distance to Main St. We will definitely stay here again.

Superficially looked nice - poop was very unkept and lots of alcohol, my teens wouldn’t even get in. Property was beautiful, fire pit near our room didn’t work and wasn’t able to be turned on, parking was a challenge and limited. LARGE roach noted in the bathroom at night!!!!

The room I stayed in needs some updating. Offering free breakfast and coffee was very nice. Lots of flys. Killed at least 3 that got in the room and no I didn’t keep the door open. If I was there longer it was a lovely place.
