Comfortable and clean!

Property was conveniently located and comfortable. We really appreciated the coffee and filters. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable. The place was extremely clean and amenities were perfect for our needs. The rain shower was awesome and roomy to say the least. However, a bench to put our toiletries on and a grab bar would have made it perfect. We would definitely stay at this property again!

BEAUTIFUL ROOM

My husband and I stayed her for a night after our wedding day and we just think it was so beautiful. We love how we got our own hot tub and patio. Since it was just us, we didn’t need a whole house for our stay and it was perfect. It was so adorable and we were wanting to book another night.

Perfect spot!

My husband and I have stayed in Fredericksburg a few times, and I can say this is our favorite place so far! So cute, easy walk to Main Street, quiet, very private and charming. The bed was so comfortable, and the patio with hot tub was fantastic. We will most definitely stay again!

We had a great two night stay M-W. The unit was exactly as advertised. Bed was great, my husband wants me to find the same sheets lol. Bathroom was very spacious and we enjoyed the use of the private hot tub.

Even prettier than pictures!

This property is just gorgeous! I stayed in #3 and it's so much larger than pictured. The room is large, airy, and all of the amenities are super comfortable (including lots of towels, mood lighting, etc.) The room smells super fresh and everything was impeccably clean. It's a quiet location, but walkable to everything in downtown Fredericksburg. I so enjoyed my stay and will absolutely be back (the hot tub has great jets also!)

Adorable

Super cute place and very clean. Up a private set of stairs to your own patio with hot tub. Slanted ceilings inside have plenty of height and spaciousness for my 6’1” husband — didn’t feel crowded at all. Bed was soft and comfortable. Toilet area wasn’t super-duper private feeling, but was enclosed with an opaque glass door and walls. Plenty of coffee and creamer/sugar, also plates/bowls/cups/glassware. Walk to Main Street was easy, about a 15-minute walk to the other end of it. Would definitely stay again!

This has to be one of tge best places we had stayed. Very cozy and peaceful. The managment was prompt with the only issue we had and checked to make sure everything was great. Amazingly clean and everything far exceeded our expextations. Will stay here again and again. Best place in Fredricksburg to stay.

Already Trying To Plan Next Trip

This was by far one of the best Texas trips my husband and I have ever done. The stay was wonderful from the moment we drove up to the property and welcomed with a bottle of wine. The only thing that I would say negative about our stay is the bathtub in our unit did not work properly and the component to put over the drain did not keep the water from draining. Besides that the little studio was wonderful and very comfortable. We will be back soon to enjoy again!

Cozy building with a little history

Nice room in a renovated building with some history. Easy walk to downtown, hot tub, private back porch. Everything was great. Would share that you have neighbors and this nice building has a little history, so if you don’t like the subtle sounds of hardwood floors then probably not the place for you. There are quiet hours, but you may hear people if you’re a light sleeper. We had no problems with any of that. Great place. Thank you.

Stay here in Fredericksburg!

Absolutely the cutest little property for a couple wanting a great place to stay! Super private, so clean and well-maintained, and all essentials you would need are included! The space is new and updated and absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway! Can't wait to stay here again! Beautiful property in a great location walking distance to main street. We enjoyed the patio with hot tub and TV in the evening, and the beautiful room and bathroom. It all felt very private and the sound machine was a wonderful touch!

Literally the perfect stay!

The space is so unique and completely private located near Main Street. We loved how the owner made use of the space with a massive shower, tub, fireplace, and hot tub. We felt like we were in our own oasis.
