Our first room hadnât been cleaned and the shower was still running at 7PM. Garbage bags were in the hall but with no cleaning team in sight. The sheets from the second room pull-out bed were stained and the side tables hadnât been dusted in n a long while. We went to relax in the pool and it as so full of flies that it wasnât pleasant. Since it was completely clean this morning, I guess the person working this morning did his job better than the guy playing on his phone yesterday.
It is a shame because the facilities are wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and surprisingly well equipped. The breakfast was perfect and the gym is very well equipped. Everything was well thought of. It is a shame the people hired to clean and keep up the facilities are not doing their jobs.
The property was wonderful. The amenities were great. The only complaint was the staff working the breakfast area. Second day there the lady was very rude and unprofessional. Still had 25 min of breakfast time left and she wouldnât refill certain things hat were out she instead started breaking it down and ignoring the people questioning why like she didnât understand English.
One of the best hotels Iâve stayed at. The club house and pool were the perfect touch to add to the vacation. Super family oriented and everyone from guest to tenants were so nice! Washer and drier in the rooms was amazing as well! Bluetooth speaker for a mirror! And every room had its own barn door! Didnât want to go home!
I booked the room for my parents who was visiting family. They loved their room. It was clean and very comfortable. My mom said she slept better in the hotel bed than she slept in her own.
This is an interesting experience. More of an Airbnb than a hotel as there is no reception. I miss the human experience. I felt that adding an app to my phone and the thousand text messages from an automated system detracted from the experience. I was frustrated that there was supposed to be breakfast but no instructions on how to find it. Look, the room was fantastic and the rate through expedia more than fare. Maybe this allows stuff like this to be cheaper, but the execution needs work.
I liked the idea of not having a busy lobby to wait in line and check in with a bunch of people. The place was like a secret and I liked it that way. Great location next to Wegman's and the Nats field. I will definitely stay again, just next time, I will request the top floor. I am sensitive to noise when I sleep and the upstairs neighbors were quite loud until 10:30 pm. I'm sure it was a child and maybe a dog. It went on for hours. I did let my concierge know and it sent out a message about quiet hours. The pool was a bit tricky to get into, but once we found the SCH gate, we were good. I would ask someone to clean up the little pond in the back, there is a lot of litter. It would make a huge difference.
