The property was very quaint and comfortable! The place looked just like it does in the pictures and was clean and stocked with all the necessities. It was a nice, central location (we were able to visit Zion, the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon, the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and more) and we loved all the animals (especially the friendly cats). My only note for future guests is to look for the brown Wild West 40 sign when trying to first find the place and go down that street. We arrived at night with no cell service and the GPS took us down the road before the correct one, so we had a little trouble finding it at first. Arrive earlier if possible so it is easier! We also had the power go out a couple of times in the morning (idk if this is normal or not with solar?) but it quickly came back on and was no big deal. Overall, great stay!
My child became enamored with the farm animals and made me swear that we will return. Plus it was such a bonus to have the free, fresh eggs. The cabin was more than well equipped, there was even a toaster and blender. The beds were comfy. Overall great stay. If you book make sure to download or screen shot the address/directions, door code, and WiFi password before you arrive because you will have no cell service. I didnât have a hard time finding the location and it was as described.
Beautiful unit on the road less traveled, with the friendliest animals youâve ever met right outside. The constellations appeared closer than anywhere ever seen. It was perfect in every way.
The place was cute and in a good location. The cabin was cute with a comfortable bed. The animals on the property are super friendly. The two downsides was the heating was able heat up the whole place and the hot water smelled really bad our whole visit. Over all okay.
