This hotel was a perfect place for 2 nights in Freiburg. Right in the Rathaus Square in the city's Old Town with bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to main railway station and also to surrounding hills for walking. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a relaxed atmosphere and from my room, quiet at night. Breakfast provided options for all. Great place to stay.

Very difficult to get to with a private car since it is in a no traffic zone. Would recommend parking outside the no traffic zone with a small, hotel shuttle van.

Central and lovely

Great location just a 10 minute walk from the train station. Right in the centre of town just a couple of minutes from the cathedral. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean with good shower. Breakfast was nice with a lovely setting in a cool bar area. Great hotel in a perfect spot.

Excellent Boutique Hotel in Old Town Freiburg

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town. We stepped out the door right into the Christmas market. The room was newly remodeled with modern furnishings. It was a decent size for Europe and very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and quiet. The bed was on the firm side. Good breakfast in the morning. Excellent, cozy bar with great service. The whole team was terrific. Since it was Christmas Market season, we opted to park in a public garage about 5 minutes walk away rather than the hotel's underground garage. The traffic was nuts, and we didn't want the hassle of navigating the car through the crowds. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gepflegten Einrichtungen, ruhig und ideal im Zentrum gelegen. Einziger Hinweis: Die Anfahrt kann etwas verwirrend sein – fĂŒr die Navigation am besten „UniversitĂ€tsstraße 50“ eingeben. Der Eingang und die Parkhauseinfahrt befinden sich in der FußgĂ€ngerzone, die jedoch fĂŒr HotelgĂ€ste mit dem Auto bis zum Parkhaus befahrbar ist.

Angenehm ĂŒberrascht war ich, dass unser Zimmer bereits um 12.00 bezugsbereit war, obwohl wir nur die GepĂ€ckaufbewahrung bis zum angegebenen Check in in Anspruch nehmen wollten. Toll war ebenfalls, dass wir am Sonntag unser Zimmer bis 12.00 behalten durften. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet war toll und vielfĂ€ltig. Ich wĂŒrde wieder das Hotel am Rathaus wĂ€hlen fĂŒr meinen nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt in Freiburg.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Zimmerausstattung ist super. Alles sehr sauber. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist exzellent. Leider befindet sich aktuell eine Baustelle vor dem Hotel. Dadurch ist es zur Zeit innerhalb der Woche etwas laut.

Das Hotel ist super Zentral gelegen. Tiefgarage ist eng aber gut. Das Zimmer gerĂ€umig und das Bad modern und einfach eingerichtet. Trotz der FussgĂ€ngerzone war es ruhig im Zimmer. Sehr feines FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet, wo jeder was findet. Der Raum ist schön ausgestattet. WĂŒrde wieder dieses Hotel wĂ€hlen.

War wie immer ein schöner Aufenthalt, leider war das Hotel telefonisch nicht erreichbar, bzgl. RĂŒckfrage zum Parkhaus. Es waren alle freundlich und zuvorkommend, sehr sauber. Bei meinen regelmĂ€ĂŸigen Reisen nach FR wenn verfĂŒgbar meine erste Wahl! Zu empfehlen als Paar aber auch Elternteil mit Kind..
