I checked into the hotel late at night at around midnight and as soon as I went to use the bathroom, I see a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Shortly after that, I see a huge cockroach dart between my feet. I went to the front desk for another room, the staff was helpful and I was able to get switched to a different room on the second floor. Unfortunately, when I checked out the second room to see how it was, again I saw ANOTHER cockroach on the bathroom floor. At this point it was past midnight already, I was fed up and tired, got my things and left to another hotel. The hotel needs to address this cockroach issue as this is absolutely unacceptable.

The breakfast was very nice. The staff was helpful and polite. The room, halls, and lobby were clean and the pool area looked nice but I didn't use it. However the room smelled very strange and the lack of a smart TV was problematic. In 2025 there's really no reason to not have a smart TV.
