This hotel needs to be upgraded. The carpet in the hallway is dirty/stained. The furniture in the room was old and dirty. Two used q-tips were in the garbage can in the bathroom. I was by myself so I know they were there before I went into the room.

Staff was excellent at the front desk. Unfortunately, the room service had the room temperature set at 50. Sure took a while to warm the room. Quite uncomfortable. The location is next to train and crossing which caused train horns to sound regularly at night when trying to rest.

Terrible location. Super loud between freeway and train tracks - so both sides of the is hotel are noisy. Hotel was very cold inside so you had to wear a coat and the the internal room thermostats functioned poorly. We couldn't get warm here. It was like camping. Then the shower made this horrible whiny noise. Overall, I would never ever after here again.
