Cleanliness was not upto the mark. The remote of the tv was sticky. The room had a crack and cold air came through that all night. The sofa bed was extremely bad quality. It was not an upgrade from 2 queen to 1 king. I did not have a chance to decline the upgrade as they weee sold out. Overall the experience was not very good.

I wanted to share my experience during my recent stay. The TV wasn't working, and I asked for the WiFi code so my daughter could watch shows online. Unfortunately, I was told the code couldn’t be provided, and instead, I was offered a free item from the market, which didn’t help. I believe providing the WiFi code would have been a better solution.
