We came to visit the National Parks and used Sonesta as our "base camp". The front desk people were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast provided was one of the better ones we've ever had staying in hotels. There were a lot of healthy choices. We had a one bedroom suite. It was a nice, clean space. Quiet for sleeping at night. It was great having a coffee maker at our disposal. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

There were couple of red stains on the carpet, presumably blood stains. The rooms were very dated, only the bathrooms were renovated, but the bathroom walls were very dirty. Not a good experience. AC was making a strange noise. I don't understand how this place got a 9.0 rating. It should be 7 at most.

We stayed here multiple times over the last three weeks while visiting friends and the national parks near Fresno. The staff were always cheerful, friendly, and helpful, the beds are comfortable, the rooms appear to have been renovated recently, the breakfasts were great, and it was a wonderful place to serve as a homebase. Would definitely stay here again.

There are many helpful staff such as Carrie and Laura in the kitchen and Dean in the front. The only problem I had was the terrible internet. I was without it for 10+ days. The phone in the room and netflix were not working. The pool is clean and room is clean. Overall it is decent and I will be back again.

Very rude clerk at front on day of check in. We arrived from our flight at 1 pm and had to sit in the empty dining are until it was 4 pm to check in. Clerk flat out told us they do not have to check anyone in before 4 pm. very nearly walked out just because of his attitude alone. We have been flying for hours only to be met with his rudeness for something we had no idea of the rules and he did not try to politely explain just dead paned you have to wait until the :sign in time:

We checked into the motel, was given our keys to our upgraded 2 bedroom suite and found the door to the suite super dirty. Since we were there for my daughter’s company, she had a meeting soon after our check-in. I went along to watch my grand baby. When I opened the door I found slippers on the floor and a big backpack on the table. They gave us keys to a room already in use! I was not happy about the $400 incidental deposit that was marked as a misc charge. I asked the manger to sign, date and note it’s an incidental deposit. We went back to the office and said we didn’t feel safe and I wanted a refund on all the charges. I got the refund for the incidentals, and had a credit for the room fees, but got recharged and had to call the motel back asking for my full refund since we didn’t stay and the issues we had.

Clean and safe hotel at a great price! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful from checkin to checkout. They were prompt at resolving an ac issue by giving us a sleeper room (we didn’t want to move rooms). Highly recommend this specific Sonesta.
