The bed was very hard and made squeaky noises when you barely moved. There was no fire alarm in the room and towels had stains. We didn't stay the night.

The room was very clean. I was happy to see there was a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker available…the cleaning lady was courteous when we went to ask her for extra coffee packets. The gentleman that checks us in was also very nice, and helpful. Everytime we went to the office for help or a question, he was there and provided great customer service. Also, no issues with parking.
